Our Story
A neighborhood pizza place that never stopped being one.
Twin Trees opened in Fayetteville in 1957. The recipe has not changed much since. Original Syracuse style pizza: a thin crust, built by hand, and cut however you like. That is what people drove in for then, and it is what they drive in for now.
Three generations of the Ross family have run the ovens. Kids who grew up eating here bring their own kids in now. The regulars know the counter staff by name, and the counter staff know the orders before they are said.
More than pizza
Pizza is the reason most people find us, but it is not the whole story. There are the wings, fried to order and tossed in whatever sauce you like. The half pound Black Angus burgers on a brioche bun. The subs, the Utica greens, and the Central New York plates that do not show up on menus outside this area.
We make it the way we always have. Cooked to order, never sitting under a heat lamp. If you want something you do not see, ask. We are usually happy to make it work.

You will find us at 104 Highbridge Street in Fayetteville. Our second shop is out in Camillus, on West Genesee Street. Visit our Camillus shop. Same family, same recipe.
